Brunch at Zuma is synonymous with celebration. The vibe that pulsates through the restaurant is infectious, and immediately inspires a sense of fun within diners. A buffet of Japanese appetizers including rolls, sashimi, salads and hot dishes deemed favorites on the a la carte menu whet your appetite for their signature mains to order, with the likes miso black cod and steak on offer. Champagne, wine, and sake are on offer free until 5PM, with the upstairs area converted into a lounge for diners on the early sitting who have not quite had enough of champagne just yet.
