BYOB around the world with Dîner en Blanc (Global)

For those who are sick of small talk and just want to dine amongst the company of loved ones in a beautiful setting and ridiculously cool ambiance, Dîner en Blanc is an experience made for you. First established in Paris as a “very secret” dinner for friends of François Pasquier, the tradition has evolved to capture the hearts of 15,000 people who partake in this event annually. Operating on the BYOB concept, guests bring a table, two white chairs, a picnic basket of quality menu items and china utensils for the dinner service. Everyone must wear white and be dressed in an elegant, stylish, but tasteful manner. Three years ago, Dîner en Blanc went international, and is now one of the most laid-back meals of camaraderie that takes place in key cities such as New York, London, Singapore, and Cape Town - and 60 other locales.
