Book way in advance to score a table at San Francisco’s hottest eatery (or arrive very early and expect to wait for the tables held for walk-ins). Located on a neon-lit stretch of Fillmore Street, the eatery looks more like an art gallery in an industrial space then SF’s most innovative dining spot. But husband-and-wife chefs/owners Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski serve up masterpieces from the kitchen. Small plates are rolled out nightly dim-sum style: be adventurous and try the cow’s tongue with buckwheat and melted bone marrow. And be savvy: tech moguls have developed bots to score reservations here!
