Hot summers call for a cold beer. There’s always the cheap and bland options from the Anheiser Busch family consisting of Bud Lights, Natty Lights and Coors but even when chilled, there’s something lacking from these: taste. An ice cold Budweiser in the middle of a summer day can be refreshing, but is it really satisfying? With no depth of flavor beyond that initial metallic, watered down simple grain taste, the drinker needs more. If taking down a dozen or so beers isn’t the type of drinking you’re looking to do, skipping the Buds, Buschs and Best Ices for some of these beers is a smart move.
