What Makes it Cool: This place is as hipster as mainstream Hong Kong can get. With street graffiti etched on the walls and a nice outside area that evokes “A Night at the Roxbury,” Fly is the place to go to mingle with people from different walks of life. This is the place where social strata do not matter, and individuality in style is encouraged. Nothing about Fly is consistent except for its music, which is always good.
