Along with downing the best pisco sours and ceviche in the world, you could easily delve into the endless culture around Lima's Plaza de Armas, or window shop at malls and boutiques alongside the manicured beachfront bluffs in Miraflores. If able to extend your budget a bit and you're up for some added adventure, take a few days off from Lima to visit Cusco and Machu Picchu.
