Hermes is taking the meaning of fashion house to a whole new level. Luxury developer SC Global Developments recently unveiled the world's first private hospitality apartment decorated exclusively by Hermes.
The 6,200 sq. ft. apartment is located in Singapore at The Marq on Paterson Hill (described as offering "mansions in the sky"). The Signature Tower apartment features a combination of Hermes furniture, furnishing fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, tableware, made-to-order leather upholstery and a selection of artworks - simply put, it is fabulous from floor to ceiling.
For those who know the Hermes catalog by heart, the armchairs and sofas are reportedly from the brand's Comfortable line and paired with Soleil round coffee tables, a 100% hand-knotted silk Appaloosa rug and a number of other gorgeous goodies.
The haute couture housing follows a recent trend of fashion designers and developers teaming up. The St. Regis Florence and Park Hyatt Chicago offer Bottega Veneta hotel suites and the Philippines features "Milano Residences" Versace homes.
SC Global Developments is currently holding the apartment for private engagements only, so we can only ogle at the pictures for now.
