It's all about purple, the Purple Magazine party that is. Lindsay Lohan, Margerita Missoni, Eugenie Niarchos and Leigh Lezark were seen chit chatting over drinks and cigarettes while taking a break from the huge crowd at the party in Paris on Friday night.
The packed party was held at Le Montana, an old-time Parisian hot spot that Andre Saraiva - part owner of The Beatrice Inn here in New York - breathed new life into as only a nightlife impresario like him could. Olivier Zahm of Purple said, "Maybe I invited too many people...But I love everyone." It is obvious there were more guests than the venue could handle. Jen Brill, Amy Greenspon, and Lauren Santo Domingo opted for the next-door cafe rather than "sweat off 20 pounds" on the crowded dance floor. Lily Donaldson, Coco Brandolini, Peter Dundas, and Trish Goff were among the brave party goers who crushed together in the heavily crowded space. There certainly was not any left over booze after this epic gathering - in fact, the liquor ran dry while the party was still in full swing. That didn't stop the convergence of art and fashion to keep on going and the party lasted way into the early morning hours. Perhaps, Purple is the new black?
