Kiev

Kiev, Ukraine
Formerly a part of the USSR, the city is loaded with some of the fastest moving clubs in Europe. The well-lit Independence Square played host to the best outdoor partying of the Euro 2012 tournament. During the weekends, the entire main strip is shut down and people take to the streets. This is the kind of former Soviet Union state where you can see people getting sloshed during the day time in parks, whether they are students or well into their retirement years. If you think your veteran self can handle any club, give Arena a shot. You will stand out if you're not wearing your best clothes or if you are the only person not dancing. On the stage, there could be dancers in a golden glitter paint, or dressed as mythical creatures, or whatever else they decide to have dangling above the dance floor that night. And underneath the city center, under the bright lights and statues, is Vodka Bar. It's 360 bar is packed six days a week and is fueled by the shots that make its name. It's a strange experience with an eclectic crowd, but its cheap prices is what makes everyone here look like they are on a massive bender. The city has even more to offer in Avalon, a mixture of dance floor, lounge, and sometimes casino. And if you need one more club to hop to, PaTiPa is an unique experience, with go-go dancers, foam falling from the ceiling, and a fast-paced DJ scene that makes the place packed by midnight.
