Jazz in the Sculpture Garden
Art lovers must head to the
National Gallery of Art and Sculpture Garden this Friday, from 5:30-8pm for the last Jazz in the Gardens of summer! This Friday is the grand finale, with Bruno Nasta (jazz violin) and the U.S. Navy Commodores Jazz Ensemble. Look up from your wine glass to browse the art, because nearly all of them are by iconic artists, like Ellsworth Kelly's
Stele II and pop artist Roy Lichtenstein's
House I.
