Washington it-girl Katherine Kennedy got snatched up over the weekend by her beau of two years, Grant Allen. The two spent the weekend in Puerto Rico at the posh St Regis Bahia Beach for her 28th birthday--a weekend which included romantic walks under waterfalls and rides on bicycles built for two. The pair is a staple at many of Washington's society events.
Grant is the SVP for ABB Ventures, which invests in green energy and green tech projects. He is also the co-founder and chair of the Ocular Melanoma Foundation.
Katherine Kennedy is a principal at Availor Philanthropy, which we gather invests and helps philanthropic projects, and she is the face of the Prevent Cancer Foundation. She led their 5k race earlier this year.
