Get in a short but sweet ride at Rock Creek Trail on the weekends. Nice smooth roads, wide lanes, no cars to contend with, lots of shade, and a few rolling hills– what’s not to love? One of the best nature spots in the city because of its lovely scenery, such as a dam and a waterfall. During the week, Beach Drive and Ross Drive open up and become a bit clustered with bikers and commuters, but no matter when you go, the ride will be pleasant.
