With the holiday season now in the rear-view mirror and frigid winter weather that makes being outside miserable, Restaurant Week 2014 couldn't have come at a better time. Not just because it is an excuse to escape the cold, but there is little Washingtonians love more than enjoying fine dining at college-kid-poor prices. From January 13th-19th, the District will be buzzing with culinary enthusiasts as over 200 local restaurants will be offering three-course meals for both lunch and dinner.
