There are a lot of cycling studios popping up all over the nation whether it be Flywheel, Soulcycle, Cycle House, etc. What is it about Flywheel that makes it so unique?
Flywheel is an experience from the moment you walk through our doors. In addition to our best-in-class instructors, amazing tunes, custom-made indoor cycling bikes and a workout that always delivers, Flywheel’s performance tracking technology keeps riders accountable with every pedal stroke they take. Each Flywheel bike is equipped with a tech-pack (small computer screen) that allows riders to view and adjust their speed (RPM), resistance (Torq) and total energy exerted throughout the class. Additionally, every bike communicates with the central electronic system in the studio, giving our riders the option to put their names up on our TorqBoards, large flat-screens at the front of the studio that display class leaders and allows for friendly competition. You can also view your performance data immediately post class on our (iOS iPhone) app or on our website’s Performance Page. It’s a great tool for goal setting – riders love that they can view their progress over time.
