#FLYBOD
How many classes do you think it takes for a rider's body to become used to the workout routines/rides?
After a couple classes, riders will become accustomed to the (proper) form needed while in the saddle. From there it’s a case of challenging yourself by pushing past your limit. Because Flywheel classes are designed for everyone, even advanced riders (cyclists) can continue to make the workout progressively harder. We Never Coast!
For people who love spin classes and are really trying to shed the pounds, how often would you say that one needs to attend classes to see those slimming results?
Everyone is different, but I believe 3-4 Flywheel classes per week will yield results in a relatively short period of time for a reasonably experienced rider. Less experienced riders may see changes with as little as 1-2 rides per week. Our Dupont studio also offers FlyBarre, a total-body sculpting class that works to quickly reshape the body. It’s the perfect complement to indoor cycling as it helps to lengthen and tone all over.
