flybarre Like a Flywheel spin class, what is about FlyBarre that is so unique compared to the other barre classes that have also become popular throughout the nation? FlyBarre is a high-energy, intense full-body workout that blends the best of light weight training, dance and core strengthening exercises to quickly reshape the body to create lean, strong and elongated muscles. At FlyBarre, our classes are designed to be more athletic than most barre formats because the movements are slightly large and while the foundation of dance technique is present, the primary focus is on high repetitions and very low weight. Just like in our Flywheel classes, there is a heavy emphasis on music in FlyBarre.  Instructors craft unique playlists (no playlist is ever the same in FlyBarre and Flywheel!) that drive the energy of the class. FlyBarre movements are quick with seamless transitions – every beat is perfectly timed to match each sequence.
