Can you break down a FlyBarre a class? What parts of the body does the barre class target? How do these routines help to shape the body over time?
FlyBarre movements systematically target each muscle group through a sequence of focused movements otherwise known as “pulses.” You’re working all of the small muscles that you’re not typically used to working – lifting your seat, sculpting your arms and thighs and chiseling your core. While specific moves for each class can vary and change frequently, every class is designed to target and exhaust these regions.
What is the difference between the 60 minute class and the 45 minute power barre class? Which do you recommend?
The signature FlyBarre class is 60 minutes but for those with a tight schedule we offer a Power 45 class which delivers the same intensity as a 60 minute class but packed into a condensed 45 minute format. The 60 minute class also includes a stretch portion in the middle of class.
