Barre Balance

barreFor those who are trying to shed the pounds, how often should one take a barre class to start really seeing results? Again, FlyBarre delivers quick results when it comes to reshaping and sculpting the body.  We recommend taking class 3-4 times per week, especially if dropping inches is the goal in mind.  However, if you’re new to the workout, ease into it.  Start with 2 per week and increase to 3 or 4 after a couple weeks.  You never want to overwhelm the body for fear of burning out!  Also, like with any other workout, you will see better results when combining FlyBarre with cardio as well as a clean and healthy diet.
