"I'm Craving A Milkshake" Smoothie
More of a milkshake person but can't afford the calories that come along with it? This smoothie is a perfect substitute!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond milk
1 ounce almonds
3 chopped dates
1 banana
1/4 cup dried oats
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Blend together until smooth.
