You don't need to watch C-SPAN to know that Donald Trump has a mostly contentious relationship with the press, save for, of course, Fox, and more lately, OANN - an extremely far-right news network that seems to give your angry uncle's conspiracy theory rants on Facebook airtime. Think Alex Jones with a slightly better production budget.

Of the network's handful of Ann Coulter-ish, Republican Barbie reporters, one Chanel Rion is the president's favorite. You'll find her at Trump's daily briefings with her signature oversized blowout, asking coddling questions and comparing the coronavirus to abortions (seriously).

Since the pandemic, and the implementation of new social distancing guidelines, White House correspondents have agreed to attend briefings on alternate days to avoid overpacking the press room. But Chanel has repeatedly broke the rules, showing up on days she wasn't assigned, getting banned, and then returning on what she says was a "personal invitation" from the White House press secretary.

If you completely ignore her journalistic integrity (well, lack thereof), girl seems legit. But - big surprise here - she's shady AF. We're talking possible Anna Delvey of D.C. shady. From her fake name, to her fraudster dad, to her basically lying about going to Harvard, click through for some of the most bizarre things about this Trump-loving "reporter."
