Kate Bennett recently resigned as editor in chief of Niche Media's Capitol File Magazine for a new gig at Washingtonian Magazine as their fashion editor and editor in chief of Washingtonian Bride & Groom. Capitol File's publisher, Sarah Schaffer, will be the magazine's new editor in chief and president [BizJournals].
"I had many great years with Niche Media, but I couldn't be more thrilled to join the team at Washingtonian. The brand and the magazines are so strong and so respected; I'm just really looking forward to what the future has in store," Bennett, a DC native, told Guest of a Guest.
