The reception
While the bride and groom reportedly told friends to expect a huge bash once the pandemic is over, they did manage to have some fun with a close group of about 14. According to the Daily Mail, the reception, held in the garden of the Royal Lodge, featured a pop-up pub dubbed "The Duke of York," set up with sofas, a jukebox, and a dartboard. There was also a bouncy castle and extravagantly decorated "Indian" tent. The newlyweds were said to have danced the night away with guests while enjoying craft beer, cocktails, and bespoke catering before spending the night in a "glamping pod." Not bad for a pandemic wedding.
