The Party Was Festival/Carnival Themed
This was the time to really let loose for the occasion. Prince Harry reportedly requested a "festival/carnival themed" soiree inspired by his favorite London nightclub, Mahiki. Looks like his infamous party boy side is still in there somewhere. Following a sit-down dinner with a completely organic menu (requested by Prince Charles) from 7:30 to 10 pm, stars danced the night away to the EDM tunes of world renowned DJ Sam Totolee, who also played at Pippa Middleton's reception last year. Prince William used the opportunity to give a "naughty" speech as best man, and Meghan herself spoke, thanking the royal family for welcoming her. There was also a "drinks of the world" themed bar, and a special ginger and rum cocktail dubbed the "When Harry Met Meghan." The couple's first dance was to Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance With Somebody."
