It's official—fan-favorite and arguably the most dreamy member of One Direction has left the building. Zayn Malik announced his leaving the group much to the devastation of teen girls (and boys) (and mid-twenty-somethings) around the world. Even Harry Styles broke down in tears. While this may be a huge blow to the pop culture matrix, for many of us...shall we say, older fans...this trauma is a repeat of something we never thought we'd have to face again—Geri Halliwell quitting the Spice Girls.
