Swap Your Easter Chocolate Bunny For Vegan and Fully Raw "Chocolate" Covered Strawberries
Ingredients:
2 cups of fresh ripe, organic strawberries
Chocolate Sauce:
½ to 1 cup of Fresh Raw Carob
1 cup of Pitted Dates
1 cup of Young Coconut Water
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Pinch of Vanilla Bean
Instructions:
1. In your blender blend all ingredients for the chocolate sauce together until it is thick.
2. Dip your strawberries and plate them!
