Tuna Poke

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
1 lb of sushi grade tuna, diced
1 mango, peeled and diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
1/2 bunch of scallions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon of black & white sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of ginger ponze
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (for Gochujang Aioli)
2 tablespoons of Korean chili paste (for Gochujang Aioli)

LET'S GET COOKING!
Combine the mayo and chili paste, set aside. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Toss lightly with ginger ponzu. Place poke in a bowl. Drizzle with aioli. Garnish with wontons and nori (optional).
