[Jules Kirby] We heard a few murmurs here and there following the July 4th weekend about a possible socialite arrest but no solid details were thrown our way, so we continued to believe the holiday weekend came and went dodging all scandal. Thanks to CityFile, we now know the truths behind the rumored arrest and Jules Kirby was indeed taken into custody in Southampton on July 3rd. New York City socialite arrested? Yes. Scandal? Eh. We hardly consider spending the night in jail for trying to steal an American flag from someones front yard while holding a cocktail scandalous. We've seen worse. What do you think?
