The Party Spots Are Evolving
The local watering holes that were once known for their late-night scenes have gotten fancy new makeovers. The former Swallow East, for example, has been transformed into La Fin Kitchen & Lounge, a more upscale farm-to-table restaurant serving up French-influenced fare.
The Sloppy Tuna, likewise, is no more. The beachside property once known for its raucous dive n' dance vibes has been reimagined as Bounce Beach Montauk, offering brunch, lunch and dinner services with James Beard Honoree Chef Sean Olnowich at the helm.
