The Surf Lodge To Celebrate Labor Day Weekend With A Virtual Two-Day Concert Series

by Emma Metz · August 28, 2020

Labor Day Weekend heralds the end of summer and to celebrate, Montauk hot spot, The Surf Lodge, is partnering with Gov Ball and Bumble for a two day virtual concert series.

The Surf Lodge is famous for their star studded LDW parties including their annual End of The World inspired blowout. This year looks a bit different as partygoers will sing along to the last sunset songs of the summer on YouTube via The Surf Lodge channel as well as Facebook and Instagram Live. The weekend's line up includes Australian sensation, Tones and I on Saturday, September 5th and the legendary Gary Clark Jr. on Sunday, September 6th.

100% of the proceeds from the event's capsule collection, designed by model Jacquelyn Jablonski, will be donated to the Equal Justice Initiative, a non-profit organization working to mass incarceration, excessive punishment, and racial inequality.
