While Stephen Ross's fundraiser in Southampton has made most of the headlines (thanks to his connection with Equinox and SoulCycle), Donald Trump will actually be rubbing elbows at two parties out East this weekend. The first will be held at the infamous Bridgehampton home of real estate developer Joe Farrell. Known as "The Sandcastle," the 11.5 acre estate is as over-the-top as it gets.

Beyond the typical heated pool (with underwater sound system), in-ground hot tub, tennis court, and private movie theater (casual), the lavish mansion, which is currently on the market for $39.995 million, also boasts an in-house spa and steam room, a squash court, a bowling alley, and a kids' playroom with an indoor rock-climbing wall, skateboard half-pipe, and virtual golf. Oh, and there's a full baseball field, in case the Prez suddenly wishes to strike out.

Once rented by Jay-Z and Beyonce, the home has 10 bedrooms, including a 2,000-square-foot master suite with its own wet bar, and 17 bathrooms - enough to cater to the hundreds of people who reportedly paid up to $250,000 to hang out with Trump for a few hours.
