Following a basement fire in mid-May, beloved Hamptons hot spot Moby's has opened its doors for the summer looking fresh and boasting plenty of newness.
Returning for its ninth season, the refreshed space is reopening with expansive exterior seating spread out across its four acres. There's the backyard lawn, which features a bocce court, fireplace and open air bar, a chic heated garden tent with removable siding, a covered patio area, and even a private courtyard for small al fresco affairs.
But that's not all, in just a few weeks the restaurant will be adding on Moby's Market, a coastal-inspired café slash lifestyle store serving up breakfast and lunch.
On the food front, expect their regular mainstays, all with an haute culinary update thanks to new chef Kyle Koenig. How does Soppressata Pizza with Red Onion, Tomato, Mozzarella and Olives, Ramp Pesto Pasta with Pistachio and Fava Beans, Crispy Skin Chicken and Olive Oil Cake with Whipped Mascarpone sound?
