We recently stumbled across this location under construction and got the dish on a new restaurant and bar opening in East Quogue. New York City's Thunder Jackson's will be having a soft opening sometime next week and the executive chef of the West Village restaurant/bar, Ian Russo, will be bringing his menu to the Hamptons location as well...After having a chat with one of the owners, he promised us that the restaurant will be wilder and better than the West Village establishment and ever since hearing about Thunder Jackson's patented hamburger, The Dirty Burger, we cannot wait to see for ourselves what exactly is in this creation.
