- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 teaspoon of coriander, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of orange juice
- salt
