Filled with protein, a smoked tuna salad is a healthy and well-balanced post-workout snack. Spread the tuna salad on a cracker to add that carbohydrate boost. Here's what you'll need:
  • 7 1/2 ounces of smoked tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander, toasted and chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • salt
  • pepper
