Snooki Celebrates Birthday With Male Dancer, Condoms, Cake Taller Than Snooki

Snooki celebrated her 23rd birthday this weekend at Pacha, with a party sponsored by LifeStyles condoms and a cake taller than the birthday girl herself. So how much as The Snooks matured over the years?-

The only thing different, really, is the two packets of condoms casually leaning against the left-hand corner.

So basically, in the past 15 years, Snooki's taste has evolved to include...sex. Cool.
