1⁄3 cup (50g) buckwheat

1 tablespoon ground turmeric

1⁄2 cup (80g) avocado

3⁄8 cup (65g) tomato

1⁄8 cup (20g) red onion

1⁄8 cup (25g) Medjool dates, pitted

1 tablespoon capers

3⁄4 cup (30g) parsley

2⁄3 cup (100g) strawberries, hulled

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

juice of 1⁄2 lemon

1 ounce (30g) arugula
