Early Life
The girls were born in Britain but raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where, despite their parents' headline-making divorce when they were five, they managed to have what they called a "normal, relaxed childhood" free of constant press scrutiny. But, of course, it was not without luxury. They grew up at Silverhurst, a gated estate in the affluent suburb of Constantia and were educated at elite private schools.
