The hot spot is none other than Dalloway Terrace, a charming restaurant located at The Bloomsbury Hotel, serving up everything from brunch to dinner to, of course, afternoon tea in this secret garden of sorts. Their seasonal rotation of greenery is worth seeing year-round, but there's just something about this autumnal display that has us planning a jaunt across the pond.
