Chef Genevieve Gergis amd Chef Ori Menashe are the husband-and-wife team behind Italian restaurant Bestia. Ori Menashe serves as Executive Chef where he is responsible for an “aggressive house-cured meats program,” a custom yeast culture used in baking the breads, and a variety of fresh pastas, while Genevieve Gergis holds down the sweet side of the restaurant, making countless desserts from scratch.
