Los Angeles native Chef Ray Garcia turned down law school to pursue his passion for cooking. He is the man behind the delicious food at Fig, located in Santa Monica. Chef Ray is all about locally grown produce and works closely with the growers and producers at the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market, just blocks away from the restaurant, to select the best ingredients for his dishes.
