Kim Kardashian West may be the Queen of Shapewear, but her secret to staying trim without the Skims is apparently a plant-based diet. 

In a Twitter Q + A this week, Kim told fans that she eats "mostly plant-based" and no longer consumes meat. As for her favorite meatless meals, she listed oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, vegan tacos for lunch, and, of course, plenty of salad.
