What do your workouts with Kim focus on in class and what are some of your go-to moves for whittling a waistline?

With Kim, we work primarily on weight loss and burning fat through intense, controlled workouts – like my Don-A-Matrix signature workout method. We incorporate lots of exercises with resistance bands and utilize bosu balls to allow for increased versatility in the workouts. For a specific move, I would choose a multi-functional movement using a bosu ball, such as a push up into a squat.
