A lot of women fear certain workouts will bulk them up. What are your methods to avoid that?
My main area of expertise focuses on weight loss and burning fat, rather than muscle building exercises for people looking to bulk up. The Kardashians, Kanye and more, all come to me to for an intense workout that burns fat and helps them lose weight. My methods often incorporate cardio and resistance exercises, giving you more versatility in the workout – a few movements include lateral squats, jump switch lunges, and push ups (using the ball).
