What's the most important thing to remember when working out in the summer?

Preparation and hydration are both crucial to workout performance so for me, it’s important to make sure I have fluids in my body before and after my workouts. I drink BODYARMOR LYTE sports drink both before and after workouts because it is packed with electrolytes, coconut water and vitamins, is low in calories – and doesn’t have anything artificial.
