She shares a bestie with Kylie Jenner
In addition to looking just like Kylie, Kelsey (Jesus, even their names are similar) appears to run in the same circle. Her BFF is Stassie Karanikolaou, a.k.a. @stassiebaby, who also happens to be Kylie's best friend. Since quarantine began, both Kylie and Kelsey have hung out with Stassie but it doesn't seem like they're that friendly (although she did once star in a campaign for Kylie's makeup line). Weirdly, Kelsey has even traveled with Kylie's former assistant and fellow IG star, Victoria Villarroel. Perhaps Kylie's mad this chick stole her face?
