Wild Requests
Although Brooke claims to have never had a bad experience working with a celeb, as one would imagine, they do occasionally have some wild menu requests. For one actor's birthday party on a yacht, for example, she was asked to cover every dish in 24-karat gold, including the tomahawk steaks. Another time, she was tasked with acquiring high-end caviar with two hours' notice - lucky for her, she was already connected with an exclusive caviar concierge plug, who was able to get her the roe ASAP.
And yes, in case you were wondering, clients also have her create gourmet plates for their pets. Oh to be a dog living large in Beverly Hills...
