Back in 2010, the comedian purchased this 5,572-square-foot Bel Air estate for $5.9 million. Ten-ish years, and multiple extensive renovations later, Chelsea's ready to part ways with her first ever home for a cool $10.5 million. And like, if she's leaving this behind, can you imagine what she must have in mind for her next pad?
An ode to the West Coast's beloved indoor-outdoor living, the house features six bedrooms, six-and-a-half bathrooms, a marble bath complete with a sauna and steam shower, a mediation garden, and oh yeah, a huge 50 foot pool that's just begging you to throw a party.
