Clearly still living large on those Friends re-runs, Matthew Perry has just listed his Century City, 4-bedroom, 5-full and 3-half baths, pad for a whopping $35 million. Perry purchased the entire 40th floor of the exclusive Century building about two years back for $20 million, well below the $26.5 million asking price. Even if your fast math skills aren't amazing, seems Chandler thinks he added a shit ton of value into the place since taking up residence.
No question this place has some insane views. And the screening room looks like one of the coziest spots ever to curl up and watch a movie. But still, is this place seriously worth the price tag?
