Picca Peruvian CantinaPicca is one of three L.A. restaurants from Peruvian chef extraordinaire, Ricardo Zarate. One of our favorites, Ceviche Criollo, is made with chunks of sea bass, choclo (dried corn), sweet potato, all in leche de tigre (“tiger’s milk”) marinade.
