With an average annual income of $2.5 million, it's no surprise that a few of the 800 or so residents of the island boast instantly recognizable names. Oprah once owned a 6,170-square-foot penthouse on Fisher Island, for example, while Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova lives in a $1.4 million condo with her family. In 2017, the former CEO of Hasbro Toys, Alan Hassenfeld, snagged a three-bedroom for $8.2 million.
