It seems the Wests are looking for a change of pace. Despite owning a massive mansion in California's gated Hidden Hills community, Kim and Kanye have reportedly purchased a permanent vacation home in Miami's Faena House, the uber luxurious 18-story residential building which also houses billionaires and Goldman Sachs execs.
According to Page Six, the couple snagged unit 5A for $14 million, although it was listed for $15.5 mil.
The condo, which spans over 6,000 square feet (including the wraparound balcony), boasts four bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and is situated on Collins, just steps away from the beach. According to the listing over at Douglas Elliman, the master suite features an expanded closet by Ornare - perfect for this clothes-hoarding duo.
